Château Faizeau, named after the historic Benedictine Abbey of Faize, is one of Bordeaux’s oldest winemaking terroirs, perched on the slopes of the Tertre de Calon. Benefiting from long sun exposure and a clay-limestone soil with windblown sand, this estate produces a wine of exceptional depth and elegance. Predominantly Merlot (97%) with a touch of Cabernet Franc (3%), it boasts a vibrant garnet hue and an expressive nose of red fruits, blackcurrant, raspberry, and blackberry.
